BMC Remedy Add Work Log

Activity Description​

Creates a new Work Log entry for an existing record in BMC Remedy with a work Log joined form.

This option is not available in all forms and requires discovering the appropriate Work Log form.

Output​

The Work Log Entry ID

Settings​

  • Module Name – The module in which to save the record.
  • Form Name – The form in which to create the Work Log.
  • Optional Properties – The properties to add to the record. You can add the desired fields in the Property Name column, and their associated values in the Property Value column.

  • Infrastructure Change ID [The Change Request ID as is appears in the Change Management Console]

  • Work Log Submit Date [must be a valid date written in the form's format]
